R gnumaker: easy Makefile construction for enhancing reproducible research

Today, I gave a talk in a great session on Reproducibility at the R Users Conference useR!2019 in Toulouse, France.

There were three speakers with some great ideas and impressive software for reproducibility:

  • Quentin Fazilleau Package flextable: a grammar to produce tabular reporting from R
  • Leah Welty Connecting R/R Markdown and Microsoft Word using StatTag for Collaborative Reproducibility
  • Sébastien Rochette The Rmd first method: when projects start with the documentation
